I was going to be working for a week over on Nevis and really did not want the hassle of renting a car on St Kitts and then doing the Sea Ferry back and forth and thanks to Kervin and Nevis Auto Rental I didn’t have too! Kervin delivered the car to the resort where I was staying and also picked it up, he checked in during the rental to ensure everything was going well. It was a better and a far different customer service experience than the typical car rental experience. I would not hesitate to book again with Kervin and Nevis Auto Rental.

A very big THANK YOU! to Kervin for exceptional customer service! On a holiday- arrived much later than anticipated to island, didnt have great directions to VRBO we were staying at - picked us up at the Ferry Terminal- hauled ALL of our crazy heavy luggage into car - personally took us to where we were staying and made sure we were settled in with out issue before leaving. This is above and beyond, and when traveling in another country helps you feel at ease. Car was perfect for us - reliable- clean. Even had a roof rack unexpected for us we could put our paddle board on top! Drop off was super easy, and the price was very reasonable, comparable. With the exceptional service I would say was definitely a super value! Excellent communication both before and after arrival. Thank you - Susan and Family

My wife and I spent a wonderful week on the beautiful island on Nevis. The people of the island were so friendly, especially Kervin and his wife Lorencia with Nevis Auto Rental. Kervin was in constant communication before during and after the rental. He arranged pick-up from the airport on St Kitts, the water taxi across to Nevis and then met us at the dock when we got there. We kept in contact during the week and then he arranged for our trip back to the airport. He was a pleasure to work with and the car was exactly what we needed. He even checked on us when we got back home to make sure we made it safely. I would highly recommend Nevis Auto Rental and will use them next time we are on the island!

I did a lot of research on car rentals in Nevis and am so pleased with the superior service we received from Nevis Auto Rental. Kervin, the owner, is nothing short of amazing! Kervin is a very kind, considerate, caring person that takes pride in helping others. I have never dealt with a car company that provided such personalized service. He met us at the ferry with the car and, although we had directions from the owner of the house we were renting, Kervin insisted that he take us there to make sure we found it. Our plan was to go to the grocery store first before heading to our rental and Kervin said that was no problem, that he would wait for us. We told him he did not have to do that, however his concern was to make sure we were settled in. When we arrived, he came in and we quickly took care of paperwork. Although it was late, Kervin took the time to have some conversation and we all enjoyed getting to know each other. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. While exploring Nevis we met Kervin's father at a fruit stand. He recognized the car, introduced himself and made sure we were ok; on another day he saw us on the side of the road (looking at directions) and he stopped again to make sure everything was ok. Kervin could not meet us at the ferry when we left and apologized for not being there to give us a big hug! He checked in again when we returned home to make sure we arrived safely. Needless to say, I would never rent from anyone but Kervin! He and his family are wonderful people that were a pleasure to meet. Hope to see you next year Kervin!

We spent a great week on Nevis. Kervin was great and flexible with time for them to pick up the car at the end of the week, which was very convenient for us. We came from the USA and the car had the steering wheel on the left side of the car, which I wasn't expecting. But that actually made it easier for driving! Thanks Kervin!

We just got back from a 1 week stay on Nevis. We had 7 people in our party and were hoping to find a van so we could travel around together. We found Kervin and Nevis Auto Rental who provided us with a van that could seat 8. It was very clean and worked out well for the week. Pickup and drop off at Oualie Beach was handy! Thanks Kervin!

Just enjoyed another week on the beautiful island of Nevis. We decided to rent a car for a few days so we could see this incredible island. We did our due diligence and found “Nevis Auto Rental”. It was our best decision on the trip… Kervin owns this company and it was great working with him. We spoke to him on Monday and asked for a quote on a three day rental… He was amazingly responsive and met us down the street the next day with an immaculately clean Honda Fit. This was the perfect size car for us. Kirvan kept in touch with us to make sure all was okay. His daily rate was very competitive and affordable and his paperwork process was very straightforward. At the end of the rental, we were able to hand off the car to Kervin at the water taxi dock at Oualie Beach. As we headed back to STK, we talked about returning to Nevis for a longer stay in 2024. We also discussed renting another car from “Nevis Auto Rental” as Kervin is a pleasure to work with… Paul and Maggie Boston

Excellent service! I called the company to bring up my rental by a whole day as I arrived earlier than expected. The team was responsive, and moved quickly to service my request. The dropoff was extremely convenient. I will absolutely use them again!

First off I just want to say I can’t say enough good things about Kervin and his company. We had made reservations with him in advance and upon arrive to St. Kitts we realized that we were unable to use the car in Nevis due to the water bridge being so unreliable. After a few day being on Nevis we realized we needed a car. Kervin to the rescue. Without delay he picked us up from our Air b&b and showed us where we could see beautiful Christmas lights that the island has put together. He showed us his home and introduced us to his mother in law. Kervin went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure we felt at home on his home island. We will only use Nevis Auto from now on. 10/5 stars! Thank you Kervin!

My husband and I have rented from Nevis Auto Rental twice now and highly recommend using them for your rental car on Nevis. Kervin and Lorencia are delightful to work with and very communicative. They will check in with you before, during, and after your trip to ensure everything ran smoothly. Pick up and drop off is a breeze, and their vehicles are clean and in fantastic condition (the best we've experienced on Nevis!). Kervin and Lorencia provide so much more than just a car rental and we are happy we found them.
