I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Nevis Auto Rental. I found them online, and e-mailed my reservation. I got an automated confirmation e-mail and then Lorencia from Nevis Auto Rental emailed me again to ask if I had a license already, and confirm my date and arrival time. She then confirmed that I would be met at the Nevis Airport at 7pm. which I was happily surprised about, as in the past, other Rentals would opt to meet us next morning at resort or house rental because of lateness of day. The day before i left, I got a text from her husband letting me know he would be there to meet me. Again excellent service to ease my mind. My flight was delayed at my second stop and I was concerned about getting there late. I texted him and I was told not to worry and that I was all set. When we landed an hour late, I was greeted pleasantly and given a newer SUV. We did the paper work on the spot. Real easy. He then said follow me and led us to our resort. I knew where it was, but was grateful after a long days travel, just to follow him. He had called them along the way to make sure the kitchen was still open for us as we had not eaten all day. WONDERFUL SERVICE and after 8 days of fun on Nevis, we left the car in the early morning at airport on the honor system that I had filled the tank. Again that was GREAT. Kervin makes car hire stress free and is a really nice guy! Modern and clean car was waiting for us when we got off the ferry at Charlestown. Paperwork quick and easy. Service with a smile! Will use again when we return to Nevis.

Kervin provided absolutely excellent customer service. I was able to reserve & rent a car on the same day and he responded immediately. The transaction was smooth, prompt, and he was extremely helpful. I absolutely would rent from again.I give his customer service and the car itself five stars!

Kervin provided absolutely excellent customer service. I contacted him several weeks before arriving, and he responded immediately. Communication with him was always smooth, prompt, and extremely helpful. He was waiting for us when we arrived by water taxi and even gave us a personal tour of the island while dropping us at our house. We absolutely would rent from him again--we wouldn't ever rent a car from anywhere else. We give his customer service and the car itself five stars!

We rented a car from Nevis Auto Rental for 5 days for our visit to Nevis. We found Kervin great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. He was willing to drop and collect the car from wherever suited us which was great. If we ever get the chance to go back to beautiful Nevis we would definitely get a car from them again, we would highly recommend them.

Dealing with Nevis Auto Rental was exceptional. Kervin went above and beyond in taking care of us. We'd strongly recommend this company to anyone. They even offer beach supply rentals. Very cool!

Kervin and Lorencia continue to impress us after our third visit to their beautiful island. We have rented from them every visit and have never been disappointed. The reservation process goes smoothly and then Kervin is more than happy to reserve us a taxi from St Kitts airport to the water taxi he has waiting for us to get to Oualie Beach on Nevis. At that point he is there waiting with a smile on his face and the car ready to go. The car is always clean and in great condition. He is easy to get in touch with during the week if needed and will be waiting to say goodbye as we drop the car off with him at the water taxi dock on the way back home. It can't be any easier than that, and the price is very reasonable too!!

Just returned from Nevis on 3/8/2025. Kervin and Lorencia were absolutely great. They handles all the transfers from St. Kitts airport to Nevis. Since were were never there before, and our rental house was on the other side of the island, Kervin took the time to bring us there. What great service. Will use them again!!
